Returns & exchanges
Before placing an order, we highly recommend that you take your measurements and refer to our sizing chart on the Sizing Chart page. For sizing issues, contact us within 14 days after receiving your items at support@iideel.com.
A note about footwear: A production fee will be charged for size replacements. For this reason, we highly recommend that you check our sizing chart before placing your order
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@iideel.com
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact our support team at support@iideel.com for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to make any modifications or cancell the order. Contact our customer support team at support@iideel.com.
After 24 hours, it will be too late to make any modifications or cancel your order.
All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will replace any flawed item.
If you received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order in the mail, we are here to support you. First, please send us a picture of the item with a description of the issue by contacting our customer support team at support@iideel.com. Each case will be handled individually.
We do not accept any returns as every item is custom made. But your satisfaction is our priority and we will find a solution to make sure you are happy. Please contact our customer service team at support@iideel.com
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your not satisfied with your item(s), please email us at support@iideel.com stating the reason within 14 days from receiving your order. We will look at each case independently and decide wether to offer a replacement order, a store credit, or a refund depending on the issue.
Please note we do not issue store credit or monetary refunds for the following:
- Products that are worn, washed, marked or damaged in any way
- Orders in which addresses are inputted incorrectly by the customer
- Orders in which customer orders the wrong size
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
